- Contact information: such as your name, email address, and information you provide when contacting us.
- TradingView information: such as the TradingView username you provide so we can grant and manage invite-only indicator access.
- Payment and transaction information: such as the product or plan purchased, subscription status, payment and renewal dates, billing details, discounts, taxes, refunds, invoices, receipts, and payment confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Partner and referral information: such as coupon codes, referral sources, partner attribution, payment status, estimated revenue, and commission-related records.
- Website and device information: such as pages visited, browser and device type, IP address, approximate location derived from an IP address, referral source, server logs, and general interaction with the website.
- Account and support information: such as WordPress account information, emails, support requests, and other communications you send to Affimerce.
2. Sources of Information
We collect information directly from you when you complete checkout, provide a TradingView username, create an account, use a coupon or referral link, or contact us. We may also receive transaction, subscription, tax, refund, and billing information from Stripe; referral information from links or coupon codes; and technical information automatically from browsers, cookies, security tools, and server logs.
3. Payment Processing
Affimerce uses Stripe to process payments, subscriptions, trials, renewals, discounts, taxes, invoices, receipts, refunds, fraud prevention, and related transaction services.
Affimerce does not directly store full credit card numbers or full payment card details. Payment information is handled by Stripe according to Stripe’s own privacy and security practices. You can review Stripe’s Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Process purchases, trials, subscriptions, renewals, refunds, taxes, receipts, and invoices
- Grant, maintain, change, or remove TradingView invite-only script access
- Provide customer support and respond to questions or privacy requests
- Send account, access, payment, subscription, security, and product-related communications
- Administer coupon codes, referral attribution, partner reporting, and commissions
- Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website, products, and user experience
- Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, or violations of our Terms of Service

5. TradingView Access
To activate and manage Affimerce indicators, we use the TradingView username you provide to grant or remove invite-only script access inside TradingView. Please provide a TradingView username rather than a TradingView account email unless we specifically request otherwise.
We do not control TradingView’s platform, accounts, availability, data practices, or privacy policies. Your use of TradingView is subject to TradingView’s own terms and privacy policy.
6. Partner and Referral Program
When a purchase is associated with a partner coupon code or referral source, we may use transaction data to calculate order counts, estimated revenue, and commissions. An approved partner may see limited transaction information in a partner dashboard, including a masked Stripe Customer ID, plan, paid count, refund time, estimated revenue, and estimated commission.
Partners are not provided with a customer’s name, email address, full Stripe Customer ID, full payment information, or TradingView username through the public partner dashboard. Affimerce administrators may access additional information when necessary to operate the program, provide access, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Affimerce and its service providers may use essential, security, preference, payment, and analytics cookies or similar technologies. These technologies may support website operation, login and security functions, Stripe checkout, fraud prevention, preference storage, performance measurement, and traffic analysis.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may prevent checkout, login, security, or other website features from working correctly. Affimerce does not use personal information for targeted advertising unless this Privacy Policy is updated to disclose that practice.
8. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers and professional advisers when reasonably necessary to operate Affimerce, including:
- Stripe for checkout, payments, subscriptions, trials, taxes, invoices, receipts, refunds, and fraud prevention
- TradingView for granting and managing invite-only indicator access
- SiteGround and WordPress for website hosting, administration, security, backups, and server logs
- Email service providers, including Gmail or configured WordPress email services, for transactional and support communications
- Analytics, security, and technical service providers used to operate, protect, or improve the website
- Legal, accounting, tax, and compliance professionals when reasonably necessary
We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, court order, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce agreements; or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Affimerce, our customers, or others. Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.
9. No Sale of Personal Information
Affimerce does not sell personal information. We do not process personal information for targeted advertising or for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. If these practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Transaction, invoice, refund, tax, accounting, and commission records may be retained for up to seven years, or longer when required by law. TradingView access and subscription records may be retained while access is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Support communications, security logs, and fraud-prevention records may be retained as needed to resolve issues, enforce agreements, and protect Affimerce and its users.
Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, our operational needs, legal requirements, disputes, security concerns, and the availability of deletion controls provided by our service providers.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no website, payment system, email system, storage system, or internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping your email, WordPress, TradingView, and related account credentials secure and for notifying us if you believe information associated with Affimerce has been compromised.
12. Your Privacy Rights and Requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal information, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a decision regarding a privacy request. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.

To appeal a decision, use the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your information. Affimerce is operated from the United States. If you access Affimerce from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those in your location.
